4th Flush....awe

You guys, it's 7 am and I'm sitting here in awe. Here are my results for number 4.

I followed the basic protocol, except I forgot to drink any apple juice prior. I did a textbook, exact timing flush.

Yesterday I fasted with the exception of eating quite a bit of fresh wheatgrass and tons of water. I took my first ES at 6 pm, and by 7 pm, I already had 1 bm. By 10 pm, I had 7 bms, and was already getting butt pee. I also seemed to have passed quite a bit of liver flukes.

Oh, and I want to add that I used willard water in my Epsom Salt potion. Don't know if that was the cause of the extra bm's?

At 10pm, I drank the OO/GF mixed with Dandelion, and immediately laid down. I did what one poster said, and massaged my liver and gallbladder. I ate some crystallized ginger at about 10:40, mostly due to the taste in my mouth. I had to lay on my back, because every time I turned onto my side I felt a bit nauseous. I was a bit worried, because I can usually feel the stones starting to pass through, and I didn't this time. The next thing I knew, the alarm was going off. I had slept soundly through the night!

My first bm before my 6am ES, I passed at least 100 stones, all brown and tan (no green), as well as about a 1/2 cup of sand. 20 minutes after my ES, I covered the water with brown and tan stones, and had 6 stones the size of marbles, as well as a lot of chaff! Second bm 10 minutes later, the same. I decided to oil pull, and after 20 minutes, third bm, the same. So far, I can barely see under the layer of stones. Very very good flush.

I was starting to feel awful the last week, just like the days before my first flush. Already I can feel the effect. I don't want to wait this long between flushes, ever again.
