i love the look (poetic) and sound of this, but it also sounds a bit like hype for selling something... something where a person would hope that using an item/device/system might have an effect sooner---rather than later.

My understanding is, (*could be wrong) "the entire body" takes seven years--and this includes

the subtlest of molecules; related to thought systems...There are other far faster changes, of course. For example,

21 days of fasting: orange juice, water or (perhaps)juice for a "new heart", three days of 'breaking free', and so on....


Amazingly enough, 1 minute to change the mind, and the old loops.

(with EFT and other universal tools, including those of forgiveness--like ho'oponopono) which can effect the whole system...
