Hi, Chette, I have been looking up Eye edema, Your first paragraph is my problem and I don't know why, for 3 years I have been having puffy under eye bags what does this mean? I realized even if I have a little bit of salt that it happens, when I water fasted it stopped...until I had pizza and garlic bread one day, If I don't eat salt it stays away and its only under my eyes sometimes top of eyes to? do you know what this means?
