On and Off diaherra :(

hey guys I know your probably sick of me posting here but I have another question.

It seems liek lately if I have diaherra there seems to be a lot of little bwonish yellowish round circles at the top of the water after I go, could these be possibly eggs or something different like fat malaborption? please let me know if you have any ideas thanks
