Conflicting views on Eggs

Well, that's the second negative opinion of eggs I've seen. Supposedly they're extremely acidic, according to Richard Anderson.

What i've heard positively about eggs though is that they contain lecithin and this is good because it emulsifies fats and assists in cleansing and rebuilding of the liver, especially if taken with EFA's. Tweet
