Where to buy kefir grains in Canada?

Hi- I am wondering where I can get good kefir grains sent to Ontario Canada. I will be making kefir with raw milk and wondered if it matters what kind of kefir grains I buy.

Also have you noticed a big difference in your health by using kefir?

I have been dairy intolerant and have not consumed any for the past 3 yrs. Hoping that the kefir will take me to the next level of healing.
