What do you guys think??

Do you guys think I have roundworms or tapeworms?? Here are my symptoms:

-Weight loss 15-20 lbs
-teeth getting worse
-blurred vision/eye floaters
-object in right eye that has shape of candy cane
-red/yellow eyes and sometimes sore
-muscle twicting/eyelid twitching
-itchy nose(and makes poppin noses) and ears
-when i was doing stool test i had what looked like hard small stools with clear/white slime
-can not gain weight back
-loud stomach noises that really creep me out and get annoying
-on and off constipation with occasional diaherra
-and general on and off fatigue and anxiety

I know for sure I dont have pinworms..but Im thinking I have some kind of roundworm like trichnosis or Ascaris or have tapeworm...
