Re: Any suggestions on digestion?

Try not to drink fluids during meals.

Take a tablespoonful or two of raw, organic apple cider vinegar with your meals and see if that helps.

Start with a teaspoonful at first to see if it feels good and work up slowly.

Alternatively, you can drink lemon in water with your meal if you must have something to drink.

If these ideas do not go over well, or makes things worse... try a 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda about 45 minutes to an hour after your meal and see if that helps.

Removal of the gall bladder generally speeds up the movement of the food through the intestines... I would think you would want to slow it down a bit.

Your digestion needs help... one way or the other... more acid, or more alkaline. One or the other should point you in the right direction.

I would take a guess... however, you know best what you are dealing with.
