Help me understand test results

I was having myself tested for Thyroid issues but found this instead. I will only list the items out of range.
WBC-4.1 low
MO%-4.8 low
HDL- 79 high
LDLC- 133 high
TP-8.9 high
AST- 47 high
ALT- 72 high
MG- 2.3 high

Symptoms: chronic constipation (I take 1200mg MG so that explains the MG), hormone issues (weight, hair loss and excess growth, nails, sleep, heart, cold hands/feet/body, etc).

I need to know what this means. I do have a Dr that ordered this test but I want to go in with an understanding as to get the most from the appointment.
