parasite drugs

I had a bio-meridian test 2 days ago; it showed:
flatworm and round worm (paragonimus westermani, dirofilaria immitis & strongyloides stercoralis) and borrelia burfdorferi (bacteria) in large intestine. no tapeworm. Similar results show up in my other naturopaths bio-resonnance testing. I would like to order drugs to cure this but not sure of dosage and best type. I'm doing herbal cleansing but it is taking forever - have had problems for over 4 years, no doctor will help me.
