For the cracking, you might want to increase your magnesium intake. My lower spine would always crack whenever I leaned forward over my bathroom sink, but it doesn't happen now that I've increased my daily Mg. I read somewhere that candida really wipes out your magnesium.
I also have an elbow thing going on. Not really inflamed now but it has this dry, hard, white patch in the middle w/ a red ring around it. For a while it had these pimple-like bumps, somewhat painful, that just wouldn't go away. I always suspected it was fungal-related. It's improved a lot with moisturizing lotions, and by lowering the left armrest on my computer chair. When I'm online I use the mouse w/ my right hand and used to put my weight on my left elbow.
