I do want to commend you for showing true leadership. I don't believe in water fasting. You do. But. You are willing to accept that there is no magic bullet to health. And blanket prescriptions. And we need to view individuals as individuals. It is rare here on curezone........

I put up a post on the CureZone Debate boards 9 or 10 days ago. And I did happen to see your post that is now here that was put up on the support forum shortly before. I was going to actually use it in my post, but my post was too long. So I had to cut it down. Suffice it to say your post is one of the best I have read here in many moons. I recognized it the first time I read it. Right after you wrote it. And I usually don't read that forum. But for some reason I did and saw your post. And it was written by a leader. So I give you all my respect. Even though we disagree on some of the nuts and bolts of it all.

Leadership is hard to come by these days. And for this post. Well. I am not going to get into my story of water fasting. It wasn't pretty. And yeah. I hate seeing women think they can come on here and starve themselves and somehow gain back their life. We have all seen Oprah yo-yo up and down. They have no clue about alternative medicine. And are extremely toxic from years of leading a less then stellar lifestyle. And on the Zone - they are given a handshake and sent on their way. Not my way. But some peoples way. So thanks ALB. We may disagree on certain things. But you look out for our people..................
