I think, FDA refuses and ban any research or promotion for zapping because if zapping becomes approved then everything else that has been approved by FDA before the use of zapper becomes a whole fraud. The use of the zapper contradicts conventional therapies provided by conventional health care companies. By the way, and I see it as ironic because FDA is a Food and Drug Administration authority and a zapper is not Food nor a drug. It is an equipment. So why would FDA approves or disapprove its use and promotion.
That's just my opinion.
