If I make any more changes in my diet, I will be eating cardboard.

I am pretty much still on the candida diet 2nd and 3rd stage. I eat mostly vegetables. I do eat some fruits, grains etc.

I am now now longer allergic to wheat and a few other foods, but I don't go wild with them.
