Re: Adrenal Fatigue after getting a Tattoo!!!

I take isocort and am gluten free. I believe the only ingredients are bovine adrenal glandular and echinacea. There might be a filler, but I'm certain that it's gluten free.

I suggest that you do the same as I would suggest for a any new supplement: start low and go slow. I take one 5mg tablet in the morning and that's it. Personally, I notice a huge difference between half of one and one. So maybe start with half in the morning and see how you feel. If you feel stimulated at any point, I would back off with it, even if it gives you more energy. It's borrowed energy if it's stimulating you and could fatigue you worse. I've never taken more than one, but if I was going to, I would probably increase very slowly in very small increments and I would increase first in the morning, then at noon, then around 4, always increasing in the morning first.
