It's been weeks since you posted, so I don't know if you're still on the cleanse, so this could all be moot. But, for what it's worth, he's my advice, and what worked for me. The cleanse works best if you are in a rested state. If you're in the middle of a semester, this is NOT the time to be putting your body into shock. Wait until spring break. The first few days are rough. There's a post farther down on this link that explains exactly what to expect physiologically over the course of the fast. If weight loss is your goal, no wonder you're disappointed. Cleansing isn't really about weight loss. Examine your motives and then you may become more clear about why you're doing this. Don't put yourself through necessary strain. Good luck.
