Re: Alkaline diet, MSM for arthritis

Hi Damocles

IMO, the best thing you can do for Arthritis is to buy pH paper for urine and saliva pH measurements. Verify by yourself how acidic you might be.

I believe MSM is good, but you have to take a lot of it, I am talking about several grams per day. MSM is a sulfur compound . It is not a magic pill. And taking supplements like MSM is a sign of deficient nutrition. I suggest you take pinches of Epsom Salt (Magnesium sulfate) with meals, especially if loaded with proteins, and with drinking water. I try to take almost every day 2 grams of MSM and 1/4 teaspoon of ES.

You can find a lot of info about the benefit of magnesium, and it has been known for quite a while.

Stop drinking soda pops, stop eating processed food. Do not take anything that has aspartame, nutrasweet ....

You can also spray your knees several times a day with 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) (hydrogen peroxide). You can also spray your knees with a magnesium solution made of water and Epsom Salt or Magnesium chloride.

You can also check this http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/arthritis.html

I highly suspect that you have demineralization in your knees. I would suggest that you look into Moreless alkalizing drink, which is IMO the best and cheapest way to get a lot of variety of minerals. Improving the pH will help you a great deal.

For more in info on the Moreless protocols check these:

Even if you are not interested by the ML protocols, at least improve you nutrition. Avoid sugar, artificial sugar, coffee, processed food ... that will help you a great deal.

Good luck

WIEL
