Pyrantel Pamoate WILL NOT work for Tapeworms esp. by itself!!! This drug is Mostly 99% of the time used for roundworms (nematodes)... I figure most of us are probably dealing with worms, so we have two choices..

Take pyrantel pamoate or mebendazole for roundworms.

Take praziquantel or albendazole for tapeworms..albendazole also works well with roundworms
