Re: Acute Cholecystitis inflamed gallbladder

rye has gluten in it.

there are numerous causes for gall bladder problems, but virtually all celiac people have gall bladder problems, so that is a good place to to start. eliminate all forms of gluten from your diet... wheat, barley, rye, vinegar, soy sauce. dairy is also a good thing to consider eliminating with the exception of raw dairy if you can tolerate it.

the juicing sounds like a good idea, but some juices may in fact make the problem worse, for example goitrogens like cabbage can make gall bladder issues worse.

i would try increasing cold processed oils like olive, flax, walnut, etc.

the raw diet may be a good way to go, but that too can cause problems by exacerbating nutritional deficiencies. gall bladder issues are tied directly into liver issues, endocrine problems, diet, age, toxicity. certain meats will provide amino acids not available in a strict vegetarian diet.

if you have your mind made up that you are going to do the flushes then the sooner the better. i would recommend the Hulda Clark flush.

consider the events that led up to this point, these things do not happen overnight.
