Hey, don't know if you saw my last reply to you in the "always confused" topic, but I was wondering about a few things.
Exactly what brand of ground beef do you eat raw? You mentioned eating supermarket ground beef, I believe.
What brands of butter do you eat? I've so far reacted with bad hypoglycemia to all raw grassfed dairy, regular milk, and regular cheese. Maybe butter will be an exception.
You mentioned sauerkraut also. Man, that sounds really good right now. Do you make your own?
Also, I'm definitely interested in the carb-free probiotics. I was trying to eat kefir last year and it was giving me hypoglycemic reactions, so was kombucha. Haven't tried sauerkraut since I've been dealing with this problem, so I don't know what that'll do, but as for these probiotics, did you have any reactions to them at first or even now?
