Is soursop leaves really a cure for cancer?

Hi everyone.

I've been reading on many internet sites a cure for cancer that claims soursop leaves can cure any type of cancer.
Some remedy goes something like this:
Put 3 cups of water in small pot and add 10 - 20 soursop leaves. Then boil until 1/3 of the water is left. Drink twice a day every day. The effect will be noticeable in 3 weeks.
The feeling is like the feeling when having a chemotherapy.

The explanation of what happens when cancer is cured is that this soursop leaves destroys any cancer cells 10,000 times stronger than chemo (this needs to be really proven).

Now can anyone confirm if this is true because many of the sites I searched regarding soursop cure pointed out some scientific research done on it but I am still skeptical.
