Remove Mucoid Plaque

I get brain fog before a bowel movement. Anyone else get this or know why? I was thinking maybe the toxins in the stool reabsorbing a little?? I did have a lateral interior sphincterotomy and hemmorhoidectomy so maybe through some scar tissue in there?
