Found a lump the other night

I was in the bath the other night laid back and stretched out just washing myself and i noticed there looked to be a lump on my testicles. I pushed on it and it feels kinda squidgy, it is so hard to find it though. After i got out of the bath i was kept feeling all over and couldnt find it so i just thought i would keep an eye on it.

Tonight in the bath laid in the same sort of position i noticed it again, i dont think its actually on my testicles and this would explain as to why i cant feel it but i have been inspecting them. I would feel stupid going to the doctors because i wouldnt be able to find it and i very much doubt they would either.
