Day 13
Day 13 almost weekend. Almost two weeks gone!
Not much to say. Energy pretty good, no dizzyness or fainting feelings to speak of. Last few days have had some monster energy drinks. Other day a
Sugar one by mistake wife bought instead of the low calorie one and last couple days monster low carb which have only 20 cal per can. I like the taste and pretty sick of water and 20 cal is not going to hurt anything.
Fact might go get another one today and one a day for awhile. Sometimes drink green tea sometimes cup of coffee always with 1% and splenda usually as sweetner.Sometimes diet pop usually coke zero and sometimes crystal lite like the pink lemonade.
Weight today slightly depressing. Was 204.4 yesterday and was 204.4 today. It does that sometimes plateau but then usually jumps next day or so sometimes down 2 lbs.
Can just be water fluctuations in body. I have those pretty bad.
So not worried today is busy activity wise. Doing treadmill just walk 30 min on fast don't try to jog or run. Do weights fairly heavy on bowflex not free weights for 45 min or so and do cleanup in garage today and some fairly heavy shovelling/ice breaking up stuff. Should burn 1000 plus calories today with all the above maybe more like 2000 calories. So expect a drop of pound or so on scale tomorrow but will just keep on keeping on.
Hoping to see 200 by monday though. Still not sure if going 20 ,21 or maybe 25, 30 days but how fast the weight comes off will determine that . Around final fast ending weight of 195 or so is minimal would accept under that would be even better. Think be taking about a month before next fasting cycle.Cycling is best way to chip away when you have 80 or 100
pounds to lose.
Well see how things go tomorrow on the old scale. I weigh daily ,male so don't have to worry about the female thing once a month throwing off the numbers big time.
