newbie need advice please

Not sure if I have any kidney stones, but I've had an ultrasound done recently w/o results. I am worried b/c I've been mysteriously ill for 2.5 yrs after quitting benzodiazepines and taking Antibiotics .
I finallly recently had some abnormal tests but not happy about it, and scared.
My creatinine is 115 and eGFR is 48. the comments were 'consistent with moderate chronic kidney disease'
I have not seen the doctor yet about this.

I am wondering what can cause this, (6months ago creatinine was normal)
I am suspecting infections, stones, poisons - am I correct?

Is there something I can do to start trying to treat this?
I've heard briefly about Celery seed and Watermelon seeds, but have no idea how to go about this.
Are there other suggestions?
I am just so new and so concerned about this - please anyone with good advice please let me know.
Will I have to do dialysis?
