You are doing good! Cheating is solid food. Nothing wrong with bit of juice here and there some green tea,coffee prefably with zero calorie sweetner and I put little bit of 1% in them. Solid food restarts your stomach and digestive system and can trigger hunger to come back and by now your hunger should be zero.
If you start feeling faint and have zero energy drink some juice with salt in it,I like clamato and juice will give you much more energy and you will still lose weight just don't go overboard on the juice. Energy should pick up after first week as your body adjusts to ketosis. I have pretty good energy now at day 12. I drank an energy drink yesterday sent wife to get monster zero calorie or low carb also very low cal and she bought m80 which tasted great but is not low cal. Its like 140 cal or something. but whatever drank it and that
Sugar and caffeine or and whatever is in it was energizer bunny all day and most of night!
Got lots ton and did tons of hard work and dropped two
pounds between yesterday and today! 206.4 to 204.4.
Some green tea or coffee might also get you over the low energy times. I like green tea. For sweetner I like spenda but some like stevia as well. I drink occasional coke zero or crystal lite pink lemonade on the fasts too. It don't affect nothing that I can tell. And it breaks the boredome.I do sometimes have sips of fruit juice to kill that horrible taste. I don't brush my tongue though its a little trick.If you don't brush tongue off then your taste buds stay asleep or coated or whatever.If you try to cheat on fast most food will taste awful,mushrooms like rubber, etc. I do sometimes taste a few bites of things especially when nearer end of fast. But that tongue coating does make it so can resist much better. And even after scraping it off and all that can take a day or two for full taste to come back.
