Douching with H202

Hi all

I have read in many places where people say they douche with h202 and it gets rid of many things. I know you have to repopulate the area once douching is done.

Can someone explain to me how you mix the douche. I have read you use 3%. I am confused because I thought you aren't supposed to use 3% from the drugstore when douching.

Is it the 3% or do I use 35% and water it down to 3%?

Has anybody had good luck with this?
