Can i juice fast with cheap juices from the store?

Hi, i wonder if i Can juice fast with cheap juices from the store?
The ones in those cardboard containers it says 100% juice.
Probably these dont have the right enzymes? right?

There are also some glass bottles wich are i think fresly juiced. is this an better option? or could both be done?
