Finally Completed 1st and 2nd Flush!

Thanks to CureZone I have finally completed Flush #1 and #2 (Dr. Clark). All the info I have been reading about others experiences encouraged me to apply the knowledge!

Flush #1: Followed Dr. Clark's protocol pretty close. My first batch was tan (roughly about 250 stones, one about 1.5 cm). I decided to use the Alternative 2 method with the extra oil/juice. My second batch was green (roughly about 200 stones). I was dehydrated and hungry but once I was able to eat and drink again, I had an extreme appreciation for food and drink!!! My stomach was flatter and flab seemed to be hanging since I was not bloated! I started dancing and twisting because it seemed like a longstanding stiffness had disappeared from my back and spine. This great feeling lasted for about a week. Sinus congestion was relieved for about a week too!

Flush #2: Started last night. Today my first batch was tan/green pea size (roughly about 200 stones, all pretty small). I used the Alternative 2 method again. I didn't get many out with the second batch, but the day is still young! I experienced less stinging from diarrhea this time around.

Thanks Spirit and all you posters for this wonderful Web site!!! I had the book knowledge, but not the hands on experience.
