Re: What does it mean when our livers/gb are constantly flowing on their own?

Thanks Uny... will do.

I decided to do a castor pack over my liver for 2 hours today, and the irritation is leagues better. MUCH MUCH better... it has moved over to my stomach, spleen area... which lends to the whole trapped gas thing with the dead candida... which more died off yesterday to the point of making me feel insanely depressed and all that again with the 3-4 T ACV.. so it makes sense to me... I've been getting rid of gas like crazy today... especially with the help of the castor packs...

I'm going to keep using those to shuffle out the remaining trapped gas... move towards the digestion break.. and keep with the IF's..

Thanks for the time and effort again.. much appreciated :)
