Just in case.... many people see threads with segments in their eyes, and assume these to be worms of some kind. They are actually an insidious form of fungus (hyphal candida) which is very difficult to be rid of.

By any chance are u seeing these shapes when you look into bright light? If so you may be dealing with fungus.
