Foot is ok thank goodness.100% today.
I work out 5x week on aerobics either my treadmill or recumbent bike and might go outside for jogs as its maybe finally spring here!
I do weights 3x week full body right now about 3 sets of 10 reps type of thing.
I did the weights faithfully since ended first fast which started jan2 and went for 40 days and started this second fast 9 days ago.I did the aerobics pre fast ,during fast and post fast. This time am doing the weights during as well just took off bit of weight around 10 pounds in most exercises.Might take off bit more as fast goes on but don't expect too much weaker since only going think 20 days this fasting cycle.
