Eliminative organs

Hi,
I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it with a quick search.
I need to fix up my elimintaive organs and my question is in what order I should take care of them? I guess the intestines need to be adressed first, but how do I proceed from there?

Any tips and inspirations are very welcome! :)
