Work All Your Other Joints Where You Feel Stiffness, Pain Or Pressure
Whenever there is any sort of ache or pain in your joints anywhere in your body, it is good to know that you can try an easy exercise as a first step.
Often, pain in the joints is a consequence of wrongly positioned joints, just as it is in the spine. This can of course happen in any joint in the body like finger, elbow, wrist, toes etc.
To get relief from this pain we always follow the same principle: bring the joint back into the correct position. If that doesn’t reduce the pain, there is obviously another problem that is creating the pain!
