Stop taking all herbs, homeopathics and supplements, except any prescriptions you may be taking (do not stop taking prescriptions).
Go on an all raw vegetable diet at least 1 cup each of 8 deferent vegetables a day. Drink at least a gallon of distilled water a day. Have 2 cups of fruit a day. Have one cup of beans a day. Have one cup of rice a day.
Have a tea made of marshmallow, mullein, and thyme. To make it put one table spoon of each into a pan and add 4 cups of boiling water, let steep until cool. Drink one cup 3 times a day. Do all the above for 3 months then get back to me
