Finding a way that works for me. Re: [FAQ] Healing Cleanse:Liver/Gallbladder Re: Mild liver flush question
Thank you Willow and Water.
Since I can't do the
Liver Flush now, for multiple reasons, what can I do to start gently cleansing my liver?
I've been doing castor oil packs for about three hours at night. I could wear it all night if that is a good idea.
I just ordered the detox tea so I can start to drink that once I get it, but I have to be careful of how much tea I drink and how much I pee because my minerals can get out of whack easily. I was ravenously thirsty for a while starting a year ago and I was peeing like 30 times per day. I'm not like that right now, but I have to be careful. Would it be fine to just start with a cup of the tea every day? Does it matter what time of day I drink it? I'd prefer to not be peeing all night and I tend to have a lull in how much I pee in the middle of the day. Would it benefit me to drink it after lunch?
Digestive bitters? I bought some a while back but I didn't take them for long because I don't know if they're gluten free. There is one brand that I saw at my health food store that I could try that is gluten free for sure. Would I use them before every meal?
I'm aware that this isn't the flush the dr Christopher or dr schultz used but I've heard of people adding oil and citrus to raw eggs and drinking them. I drink raw eggs every morning and at night (and feel like they agree with me). Do you think there would be any benefit to me adding olive oil and lemon to my eggs that I drink or even to my green juice egg mixture that I drink in the morning. I'm not expecting a flush that gets out stones or anything like that, but a mild effect on my liver in the right direction would be good. Your thoughts?
Thank you all! I'm just looking for things that I can actually do. It's been frustrating to feel like I need to heal my digestion in order to be able to take the things to heal my digestion. There has to be a way that works for me. I appreciate your creativity in regards to my body/situation.
With love!
