Great job on making it thru day 3.
Now you should be into the cruising zone with hunger pretty much gone. I also say physical hunger is gone around day 3 or 4 but mental hangs out thruout the fast.
But that can be overcome.Your stategy to just say its momentary enjoyment works and I tell myself usually will eat that steak or whatever just not now but after the fast.
I also let that coating stay on my tongue.From past fasts found if taste something with it all coated most food tastes horrible and that is enough usually to keep me on the fast. I don't recommend tasting too much as you can lose control but sometimes near the end of a fast I will taste a bit key just small taste not taste half a burger! LOL
