If you have strongyloides (threadworms) you will never be rid of them. You can only hope to rid yourself of most of them, and control them aferwards. The encapsulated worms will always be there. ICU's Ivermectin/Albendazole protocol says you have to take the Ivermectin once a week forever to keep the encapsulated worms sterile.
