Hey, so you still work out now? I was pretty skinny and started doing the whole "eat more" with lots of protein (1g per lb of body weight) and it worked, i gained like 45 pounds. however, now i have stopped and am fixed on a cleaner diet and cleansing now. i have lost 20 lbs, so i must've grown or i have lots of crap in my colon. nonetheless, you work out now? isn't eating lots of protein bad for you? have you gained a lot of muscle weight? i'd love to know your new regimen and diet for building muscle! thanks a bunch.
