I am in the UK and bought mine [in quantity ] from Holland and Barratt. They regularly had offers and I picked up a number of packs of 30X 125 mg for about £4.5 per pack.it was in large capsules, that I cut the end off and squeezed out orange liquid form of COQ10. A bit messy but it seemed the best option.I then mixed it with a bit of manuka honey

I did the COQ10 thing some weeks ago and had some pretty strong reactions so be prepared! It has been two weeks since the last does and I am still de-toxing and suffering die off. I got bad headaches, sore throat, cold and very,very bad lung congestion. I am still coughing up huge globs of mucus. oh and I also got some strange neuropathy pains, stinging, in the middle of my back and lungs. in fact it was all so bad that i have not been able to face any de-worming herbs for two weeks either.

I am not certain if I have achieved anything but i suspect some of the mucus in nose and lungs contains worms.

It rather felt that I can killing myself off more than the worms...

I will continue to use COQ10 but in smaller doses, say 100 mg a day in combination with other herbs. I certainly did not pass a tape worm , which I was hoping for..
