How about just moving the debate thread to a debate forum?

How about simply unhiding/undeleting the moderated messages and moving what has turned into a debate over to the Alkaline Debate forum?  Since the thread originated with a post that was cross posted to two other forums it is now cluttering up three support forums with a prolonged thread that has veered away from support.
