Dr hardy, back ear lump, h pylori, ear noise and eye floaters flushes,more,

hi dar hardy, i have some health problems, i been diagnosed with h pylori 7 months ago i take some alternatives for it, like mastic gum , monolauring, zinc, magenizium citrate, black starp molasses, vitamin c 1000mg, kyolic aged garlic for candida cleanse, grapefruit extracts, vitamin e, fresh garlic 4 or 5 cloves day, ,,,, .

i started eye floaters 7 months ago too, and some weird things happens to my eyes when i look at the sun directly or indirectly or if i take pic with flash the ray or the flash remains in my eyes for about 6 or 7 min it really makes me sacred, i bought dr chirstopher's eye wash drops and the capsul forms of dr christophers eyebright but i havnt used them yet i dont know how much a day should i use,
also for my diet i no cows milk. no withe bread, no red meat, only fish and chicken i eat, no yogurt, no sugar, no artificial juce, no table salt i switched to iodized sea salt, ,,,,,,

and about my ear i noticed a small lump in back of my left ear 4 months ago i went to the dr today she give me chest xray which i done it today, and also she ordered me blood test for white blood cells or something like that to see if their is any sighn of cancer, it really makes me worried,
i also have some ear noise in my right ear which i started one year ago after doing the rectal fistula removed, it sounds like pumping something in my ear ,when i put pressure in my stomach like to use washroom the sounds starts and also when i get nervous or my heart beat goes fast the sounds gets more, i went to see the dr for this pro she checked everything was normal, but she said it might be your vain,,,,,
another problem i have is pain in my upper right side of ribs and stomach which the pain goes to my back rib and shoulder blades, is it coz of h pylori or my liver?
i never did any flashes or any thing, i was wondring if mini beat protocol would be helpful, ,
