Re: Dealing with painful muscle spasms in liver. Help?

Pain & spasms aren't caused by 'overworking the liver'...tenderness and aching are caused by overworking anything - but 'pain & spasms' are typically caused by a clog and/or something pressing where it's not supposed to be pressing. Spasm in liver/gb = liver/gb trying to get something out.

And since it's obvious you still have liver flukes (both dead & alive), it's very likely a few of them are clogging up the works.

Hot/cold is stimulating (tightening/loosening); hot by itself is relaxing.

You're likely not going to love this suggestion, but I suggest 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice with some foot reflexology, followed by a CE, and then a warm castor oil pack and a nap.

Unless I've missed something integral, the ONLY time you've ever experienced anything related to 'pain or spasms' is when there's a clog that needs to come out, and it's always relieved when whatever needed to come out, came out.

Blessings,

Uny
