Please recommend good He Shou Wu source

Have you heard about He Shou Wu, a Chinese herb also known as Foti? It's supposed to be good for turning gray hair to dark. Maybe good for baldness, too.

I've been buying the ones from Chinatown. Does anybody know a better source for good quality He Shou Wu?
