I am the castor oil /charcoal member, if you remember.
My soles used to be very yellow, scaly with bad hard skin and this has so marvelously improved since liver flushing. If you remember - Anderes Moritz often points out that these signs are the result of waste dumped into the lower parts of the body e.g. the feet.
