Re: Dosages of herbs

Thanks I had a wonderful trip. I can't be on here as much as before but will try and kick around once in awhile.

Dosages are not a one size fits all. Since we had many larger type worms we used larger dosages. Just start with a couple and keep increasing until you know what you can handle. People who are heavily parasitized will not be able to handle much at first.

For example we make our own Black-Walnut tincture. Twice per week we took 1-2 tablspns mixed in a little water. I have taken 1 tsp of olive leaf powder per day for the past 7 months or so.

I haven't used the Wormwood in quite some time. When we were passing lots of roundworms we would add 5 or 6 large 00 caps to the Black-Walnut and olive leaf. Sometimes for weeks on end.

I try and eat 1 or 2 cloves of raw garlic per day. Just chop it up and put on a spoon and don't chew. Chase it down with some water.

Often the die off was soo bad we would have to take a few days off and clear out the dead and dying.

I really don't think anyone is going to hurt themselves by taking lots of herbs. I make my own combo caps which I call Mama's Mix. It is equal parts of Black-Walnut , Wormwood , cloves, elecampane, pau darco, cat's claw and ginger. As a maintenace I will take 6 or 7 twice per week. I have been sliding on this a little.

I still take 6-8 of the lower bowel balance each day which we make ourselves.

Hope this helps. You just have to experiment.
