Mercury and Lead, both, cause the immune system to be stuck in a TH2 mode. It is the worst thing a guy suffering candida can have. Our fungal defenses are cell-mediated (Th1/Th17) So, if our immune system only work in a Th2 mode, candida is having a big party forever !
