When doing a CE, you need to make sure that you keep the bag/bucket really low- even two feet may be too high. You want the coffee to enter very slowly. If it does quickly, you have more of a chance of it getting absorbed. It is supposed to be more like an "implant", not a high colonic.

Having said that, I would still try it in the morning, a weaker version first, and not at night in case you're sensitive and do absorb some of the caffeine.

Can someone please explain how to do a liver poultice on the outside of the body and how effective they are? Thanks
