Possibly best not to overdo too many probiotics too fast.. I'll bear this in mind when I start on the kefir again soon!
Glad it's a bit better now! Just go slow and give your body lots of time to adjust!
As long as the good bugs are strong enough (like kefir seems to be) I doubt it's necessary to megadose on anything for it to work!
