bloating has been my main issue too, starting six years ago. it is finally going down but is still there. i've done everything too. what i've learned finally that it is taking me a long time to improve my digestion. i learned that my bloat is poor digestion. i was always perplexed though because i never felt gasssy or had reflux or anything like that, just bloat.
i have to continue a whole foods diet (although i do have a muffine sometimes, daily coffee, other bad things...i do try to get veggies in though, i think it's key - and on the whole my diet is whole foods and low sugar), i have to continue consistent exercise and stress release, and liver flushing.
anyway i've done four Liver Flushes and will continue to do them, they do help. the hardest part about them for me is the no eating thing for almost a whole day!
